With nearly 20 years’ experience in the localization industry, including positions ranging from in-house French to English Translator and Project Manager, as well as vendor-side Sales Manager, Elizabeth was hired in 2008 as the first Localization Manager at FICO. In that time she has built the localization program from the ground up, including streamlining budgets and priorities, defining processes, and general evangelizing within the company. A key part of her role has been to evaluate and oversee the implementation of various tools and technologies to improve the quality and execution of FICO’s global content. In recent years, she has focused more on source content creation and delivery - evaluating processes and tools that will allow them to use their DITA implementation to deliver high-quality next-generation content to their end users.
